HAMPTON ROADS, VA – Although the pandemic forced the Greater Hampton Roads Regional Crime Lines to cancel its annual Top Cop ceremony, local law enforcement are still being honored for their achievements over the past year.
Board members went to each department to personally present awards to the officers and deputies named as their city’s Top Cop.
Gloucester County Deputy Jon Holt was selected as the overall winner for his heroic actions saving two people from a house fire.
